How did we obtain your data and for how long do we keep your personal data?

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Once this time has elapsed, they will be kept for the legally established periods for accounting and tax purposes in compliance with the obligations of the data controller.

Likewise, for those treatments that are legitimately based on your consent, the data will be kept as long as you do not exercise your right of deletion, opposition and/or revocation of consent; as well as during the legally established periods for this purpose when these are applicable.

Regarding the management of candidates, CVs will be kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last update of this. After this period, those that have not been updated will be deleted, except when requested otherwise.

To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

In particular, user data may be communicated to the following recipients:

  • Stripe (https://stripe.com/es), online payment gateway, to proceed with the payment of the service, if this is the chosen option.
  • Credit and solvency institutions, in the event that the user does not comply with the obligations to which it has committed by hiring the services of Kimera Technologies, to pursue the collection of the amount due.
  • Security Forces and Corps under the provisions of the law.
  • To public administrations to which Kimera Technologies has to provide information in order to comply with our legal obligations.

Kimera Technologies may carry out international data transfers, i.e., processing outside the European Economic Area, for the use of contracted services in the cloud (Amazon Web Services – AWS); in this case, they will be regulated by standard contractual clauses, in order to ensure a level of security equivalent to that required by European data protection policies on privacy.

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

We inform you that as a data subject you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. Kimera Technologies will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

In certain circumstances, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her that he or she has provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data controller.

Data subjects shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to their particular situation and without there being any legitimate grounds overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, based on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority or for the fulfilment of legitimate interests of Kimera Technologies, including profiling.
